• Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability or constitute a sale.

• In the event of stock shortages, errors, or discontinuations, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing and Errors

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices apply to tyres only, unless otherwise indicated (services such as fitment, alignment, or balancing may be charged separately).

• While we take care to ensure accuracy, typographical or technical errors may occur. In such cases:

  • We are not obliged to honour incorrect prices.

  • Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding agreement only exists once we confirm your order in writing or by email.

• Payment must be made using the accepted methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit card, EFT, or approved payment gateways).

• Orders not paid within 7 calendar days may be cancelled automatically.

• Cash deposits, cheques, or foreign currency payments are not accepted unless specifically approved.

5. Delivery and Collection

• Delivery is available within South Africa only.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, subject to courier availability and stock location.

• We are not liable for courier delays or events beyond our control.

• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address details or customer absence.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery, but ownership remains with The Tyre Mall until payment is received in full.

6. Fitment and Installation

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the purchased tyres are compatible with their vehicle.

• We strongly recommend fitment by qualified professionals at approved centres.

• Incorrect fitment, modification, or misuse will void any warranty or return eligibility.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

• You may cancel your online purchase within 7 business days of delivery, provided the tyres are unfitted, unused, and in original packaging.

• Refunds exclude courier/handling fees and will be processed within 15 business days.

• For manufacturing defects, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery and return the product (at your cost) for inspection.

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

• Refunds will only be issued using the original method of payment.

8. Warranty

• All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only.

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes:

  • Normal wear-and-tear

  • Punctures, impact, or road hazard damage

  • Improper inflation, wheel alignment issues, or misuse

• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and evidence of professional fitment.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Tyre Mall is not the manufacturer and does not assume liability for defects outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tyre Mall will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, data, or personal injury) arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

10. Fraudulent or Misuse of Services

• We reserve the right to cancel any order or suspend an account suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of our website.

• The Tyre Mall may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
